Damn, can someone please explain to me why renr*ki and ichih*me shippers are so goddamn insecure about their CANON ships??? Their ships are literally canon,, and yet they feel the need to talk shit, stalk and harass other shippers. If I had a nickel for everytime an IH stan invaded an IR space to give their shitty opinions that nobody asked for, I’d be a millionaire by now.
I went on twitter to look for Byaren fanart today and instead found some weird RR shipper who was writing paragraph after paragraph about how much they hate byaren and how it “doesn’t make sense” and shouldn’t be shipped and how much they want to throw up on seeing it and I’m like…. Wow mate. I’m a hardcore byaren shipper and even I don’t spend this much time thinking or talking about byaren. Imagine being THIS salty about a ship that not only isn’t canon, but also isnt that popular anymore. Imagine thinking that this ship is a “threat” to your favourite canonically married ship that is WAY more popular. Maybe chill out a bit??
And I don’t understand what’s up with these people whining “noooo you can’t ship these characters, they’re canonically married to someone else!!!” Okay, and?? Are you entirely new to the concept of shipping and fandoms??? People in fandoms ship everyone with everyone else, it doesn’t have to “make sense” cuz it’s not real anyway, these are fictional characters.
It’s really fucking annoying when you try to search for fanart and instead end up encountering toxic antis. These IH and RR stans need to learn to be happy with their canon ships and stop bitching.
